Trusted Commercial Vacuum Specialists

We work with businesses that rely on consistent performance from their cleaning equipment. Our engineers provide servicing and repairs across a wide range of commercial vacuum systems, ensuring each machine is assessed carefully and restored wherever possible.

We regularly work with leading manufacturers including Numatic, Kärcher, Nilfisk, SEBO and Taski. Each brand has its own engineering design and requirements, and our approach is always tailored to suit the equipment in front of us rather than applying a one size fits all method.

Professional Servicing and Repairs

Our commercial vacuum servicing covers everything from routine maintenance through to more complex fault finding and repair work. Machines that are used daily in demanding environments naturally suffer from wear, reduced suction, blocked airflow, electrical faults and motor strain. We diagnose these issues thoroughly before recommending the most practical and cost effective solution.

Where possible, we repair rather than replace, helping you extend the lifespan of your equipment and avoid unnecessary expenditure. Our aim is always to get your machines back to full working order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Brand Expertise

Numatic equipment is widely used across commercial cleaning environments due to its reliability and durability. We service and repair Numatic machines to ensure they continue to perform at the level expected in busy workplaces.

Kärcher commercial vacuum systems and floorcare machines require careful attention to maintain their performance. We provide detailed servicing that addresses both mechanical and electrical components to keep them operating correctly.

Nilfisk machines are designed for professional and industrial use, often in demanding environments. Our servicing focuses on maintaining strong airflow, filtration efficiency and motor reliability.

SEBO commercial vacuums are known for their precision engineering. We carry out careful servicing to ensure brush systems, suction performance and filtration remain in excellent condition.

Taski equipment is commonly used in professional cleaning contracts where reliability is essential. We support these machines with servicing and repairs that help maintain consistent day to day performance.

    HOW CAN WE HELP?

    FAQ’s

We service a wide range of commercial vacuum cleaners and floorcare machines used in professional environments. This includes equipment from Numatic, Kärcher, Nilfisk, SEBO and Taski, along with many other widely used commercial brands. If you are unsure whether we can help with your specific machine, our team can advise quickly.

We carry out both servicing and repair work. Some machines simply require routine maintenance to restore performance, while others may need fault finding, part replacement or more detailed repair work. Wherever possible, we will repair rather than replace, as this is usually the most cost effective option for businesses.

Depending on the nature of the fault and the equipment involved, we can often carry out repairs and servicing on site. We will always advise on the most practical option based on the issue and your location.

This depends on how heavily the equipment is used. In most commercial environments, we recommend regular servicing at least once a year, although high use or multi-shift operations may benefit from more frequent maintenance. Regular servicing helps reduce breakdowns and keeps performance consistent.

Common signs include reduced suction, unusual noises, overheating, loss of airflow, or the machine struggling to pick up debris effectively. If you notice any of these issues, it is usually best to have the machine inspected before the problem worsens.

Yes, we regularly support cleaning companies, facilities teams and contract cleaners. We understand the importance of keeping equipment operational and can help with both individual machines and larger fleets, depending on your requirements.

Response times can vary depending on workload and location, but we always aim to attend as quickly as possible, particularly where equipment failure is affecting day-to-day operations. If it is urgent, let us know and we will prioritise where we can.

In many cases, yes. Commercial machines are built to be repaired and maintained over time, and replacing them is not always necessary. We will always assess the condition of your equipment honestly and advise whether repair is the most sensible option.

Where available and appropriate, we use quality replacement parts that match the requirements of the equipment. Our priority is reliability and long-term performance, so we always choose parts that suit the machine and the nature of the repair.

We provide professional vacuum servicing and repairs across Kent, Essex, Surrey, South East London and East Sussex, with our engineers regularly visiting towns and surrounding villages throughout these regions.

They are reasonably priced, great communication and conveniently come to your house. In this throw away world we live in it is great to be able to service and repair your existing vacuum cleaner rather than add them to landfill and buy new.
